CHS Seniors Break Records for Apply Ks

On October 15, all seniors expected to graduate at the end of this academic year were encouraged to apply for admission to at least one college or university if they have not already done so. This event is possible due to the collaborative efforts of the administration, faculty, and staff at Cimarron High School, as well as students, their families, and volunteers across the community.
This day aims to communicate the importance of applying to college and support students with the college application process. Information about completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is also available during the event. Special thanks to Dodge City Community College for providing support for admissions and FAFSA information.
CHS has participated in Apply KS for three years. This year CHS set a record and had 35 out of 46 students complete college applications on this day.
