Bluejay spirit can be described as a group of people supporting each other, as unity, as good sportsmanship and as encouraging,” according to Jara Wilson, Cimarron Schools Principle. If you are a Bluejay or a Bluejay fan, you need to have some Bluejay spirit!! Bluejay spirit should be anywhere Bluejays will be represented. At school, Bluejay events, etc.! Bluejay spirit is important because it reveals that we, not just a school but a community, are all on the same team. “We all have each other’s backs, and we care for one another,” Wilson states. We should be demonstrating our Bluejay spirit for one another by supporting and encouraging our peers, classmates, and teammates in any way we can. Being untied not only as a school but as a community as well just goes to show that we can face diversity as long as we stick together. As a Bluejay, you must ensure that you are doing your part and supporting each other in everything we do, whether from sporting events to academic events. “Unity is strength; diversity is a weakness.” We need U2!!!!
